LadyLady Gaga is an American pop singer, songwriter and actress with an estimated net worth of $320 million. Lady Gaga, also known by Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanyotta, began her career in musical theatre and burlesque in New York's East Village. After struggling for several years, she finally made it famous in 2005 when she recorded her debut album and composed songs for Fergie, Britney Spears and the Pussycat dolls. While the album she released "The Fame" was only moderately popular in the early days, "Just Dance", the debut single from the album, was a massive hit just five months later. She was touring relentlessly in Europe as well as smaller clubs of the US. By 2009, songs from the album were frequently playing on radio stations. In recognition of her dedication to the music, she received multiple Grammy nominations, and two Grammy Awards. Since the time she began, she's kept releasing fantastic music, and also make headlines. Awards shows where she performs receive special attention because she is an active social activist, and a naturally a showman.
