Jana Kramer became famous on TV, in which she portrayed Alex on One Tree Hill's finale for the last three seasons. The series featured her first releases as country music and helped propel her debut album to the Billboard 200 to the Top 20. Thirty One, her follow-up album, released in 2015, climbed into the Top Ten. The singer ended the decade by appearing for Dancing with the Stars and appearing in a variety of TV shows alongside an assortment of singles that were not album tracks. It was 2021 when The Doubting Voices made its debut. Jana Rae Kramer is a Michigan native that was raised by country music. Though she had an acting and recording career however, her screen debut took place in the independent horror film Dead/Undead (2002) while still at high school. Through the years she was on numerous series, including All My Children and CSI: NY before landing the recurring role of Noelle Davenport in NBC's Friday Night Lights the 2nd season (2007-2008). Kramer was then on TV as Portia Ranson in 90210 from 2008 until 2009 and Brooke Manning in Entourage in 2009. The actress joined the cast of CW One Tree Hill in 2009 in the role of Alex Dupre, and she continued to appear until the end of the show in 2012, part way into. Kramer had signed an agreement with Elektra Records, and she released her modern country-inspired track I Won't Give Up on a One Tree Hill 2011 episode. It later appeared on her debut album Jana Kramer in mid-2012. It was a part of the Top Five of the Billboard Top Country Albums chart. The singer focused her attention on her singing career without quitting acting, and was a part of films which enticed her fans, including Heart of the Country 2013 and Country Crush 2016. The second album of Kramer's Thirty One was released by Warner Music Nashville on October 15th of 2015. I Got the Boy - an album that was a Top Five Country hit - as well as Steven Tyler, Aerosmith's lead singer, in a duet made to make it into the top ten spot on the Billboard 200. Following a two-month run during the 22nd Dancing with the Stars season, she finished 4th. The same year,"Feels Like" Christmas with Straight No Chaser was hugely popular among adults.
